RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return items under the following conditions. Please note that this policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, particularly regarding faulty goods.
1. Return Window
- You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return for items you've changed your mind about. (Different rules apply for faulty items - see your statutory rights).
2. Eligibility Conditions (for 'Change of Mind' Returns)
To be eligible for a return because you've changed your mind, the following conditions must be met (subject to the exceptions in Section 6):
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, with all original tags and labels attached (if applicable). For items sealed for hygiene or other reasons, the seal must be intact (see Section 6).
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt) is required.
Items that have been used, altered, washed, or damaged by the customer after receipt are not eligible for a 'change of mind' return. (Rules for faulty items differ).
3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Return Shipping
- For 'change of mind' returns, you (the customer) are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. (If an item is faulty, you should not typically bear the return cost - please contact us first).
- Original shipping costs (if any were charged) are non-refundable for 'change of mind' returns.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
5. Inspection and Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions (for 'change of mind' returns) or to verify a reported fault.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. For 'change of mind' returns, this will be for the cost of the item(s) only. For faulty items, this may include reasonable return postage costs.
- You will receive a notification email once your return has been processed.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your card issuer's policies.
6. Exceptions to 'Change of Mind' Returns
Due to the nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns for a refund due to a change of mind for the following items, unless they are faulty:
- Hygiene Products: Items sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons cannot be returned if the seal is broken after delivery. This includes (but is not limited to) cosmetics, swimwear (if the hygiene strip is removed), underwear, earrings, and in-ear headphones.
- Opened/Unsealed Items: Audio or video recordings or sealed software if they are unsealed by you after delivery.
- Personalised Items: Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (bespoke items).
Please note: These exceptions do not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose. Please contact us if you believe your item falls into this category.
